I have been using this for just over a month to track my bbt. I like the design of this one the best for data entry and usability. Im a little worried about the limited information backtracking on the lite version and may look into the regular one. The only thing I wish is that the chart was fit to the screen and would flip with the tilt function. Colours would be nice too. In total, I like it better than MeFertil - BEST ONE FOR THE PRICE!

Very useful but limited. It lost all of my data when I had to restore my iphone. Plus it only charts the current cycle. I like the information that it records. After a few months of using this version, I like it and am going to try to the full version. With the full version, data is backed up and you can chart past cycles.

For a lite version, its useful but it should be free. At this price, Id expect better design, functionality & mostly, stability. I like that I can add symptoms or remove them, I like that I can record many informations & its pretty good to predict the next period. A HUGE downside is, all these advantages are useless half the time because the app loses all data! I havent been able to figure out exactly when or how, but it happened more than 3 times in the last 6months! Im thinking at least once was after an update. This needs to be corrected.

I was hesitant to download after previous reviews but decided since it was free why not! I am so glad I did! I use this app way more than any other one Ive tried. I love how I can track my bbt on the graph and it will pick up and notify me if there is a spike. Also love that I can add and remove symptoms which has been very useful. I have been using this app for over 3 months now and have had no problems, all my data is available to view from previous months etc. I find this is more accurate since it goes by your symptoms and not just calculated numbers to tell you when you are fertile. I highly recommend. :)

A very basic charting app. Served its purpose until it crashed one day, and I havent been able to open it since. I cant retrieve my data either. Dont bother, just use Fertility Friend.

I have been using this app for years and have really liked it - and now it just keeps crashing even before its finished loading. PLEASE FIX!

Works great! I do wish you could manually adjust the coverline or override outlying temperature (like from alcohol or sleeping in), but other than that its great! It does exactly what its supposed to do, and I love how seamless it was to port data from the lite version to the real deal.

It claims to detect ovulation but I dont think its for everyone. I believe it uses temperature as its primary input and neglecting cervical mucus input. I am also using fmc program and this seems more reliable since it incorporates more variables. I do like the easy of input on this program more but the chart does not show in depth for celcius. Maybe you have to pay for the service but Im certainly not hooked on this lite version.

Ive been tracking on this app for 5 months and suddenly my data older than 2 months has disappeared. If youre taking longer than a few months to conceive, I suggest you look for a more reliable app. It also never predicted ovulation for me, just my period.

I am horrible of keeping track of my periods. But this does it for me. I do use birth control but this makes me a little more cautious. Love it!

Love this app. Great graphics and it keeps track of everything you need to in one place. So convenient! Would like password protection.

I really like this app. It is much better than all the other charting/cycle apps I have tried. If it was developed into full screen for the iPad I would give it 5 stars!

Ive been using this app to track my periods since march and I cant see any of my data before September. Its just gone. I am really disappointed. It seems like the just want you to buy the expensive version. It wouldnt be so ridiculous if they had a warning that your data was about to expire so you could back it up. To be clear, I know this isnt the full version and I wasnt trying to edit old info, I just wanted to see what I had already entered. I will be looking for a new app to replace this one. Deleting my data is not a good strategy to gain my trust and make me want to give more money for the full version. Very disappointed!

I really like this app and was really worried when I updated to the new iOS. I thought my last several months of charting were gone forever. Luckily, they are still there! Super awesome! I would love to see an iPad version!

This is a free app and Im judging it on being free. Useful, convenient and plenty of variables; temp, mucus, sensation, medications, procedures, secondary symptoms, notes, etc. I like that it is compatible with TCYOFs fertility rules and can be set to show fertile days in another color. A little counter intuitive with dry days being in the period settings and sticky mucus triggering fertile days. Can be worked around though. What really bugs me is the ovulation and period predictor. I can see if it predicted a period on the current cycle using peak +14 but this thing is predicting ovulation and periods based on the past cycles just like the Calendar Days/Rhythm Method. As a seasoned charter, this bugs the snot out of me! I have peak and period notes all over my current and future months and theyre wrong. You cant have two true peaks in a cycle and LPs do not run 20 days. Need to fix that algorithm. I like that it pulls FAM/NFP into the electronic age but honestly will not be giving up my paper charts for this. Maybe I will like the paid version better but is it worth the $3.99? Eh, well see.

I do not make a point of writing reviews. This App is the reason I have was able to finally achieve pregnancy. I have a beautiful baby girl, and have Femcal to thank. If you document every part of your cycle. It gives you the precise fertile time. Spot on!! Quite literally! I had a hard time getting pregnant, and started tracking with this device for a couple of months before an IUI. Boom!! Just like that!! Amazing!! Thank you! Thank you!! XOXO PRICELESS!! I really like this app- does everything I need. But after 12 cycles, it stopped tracking and storing them. I dont know why! :(
